8 Week programme
Our 8-week programme offers short term intervention which acts as the first phase of the individual’s learning cycle. Diving into influencing positive behaviour through developing knowledge and skills in key areas such as fitness, nutrition and positive mindset.
What’s included in our 8-week programme?
Workshops cover an introductory level of information regarding how our happy neurochemicals Dopamine, Serotonin, Oxytocin and Endorphin function and the impact they have on both physical and mental health.
