Our 24 -week programme offers a longer term intervention programme with a wider variety of theory and practical sessions alongside access to all Dopeamin resources, enabling individuals to develop and implement learnings which creates life changing results.
What’s included in our 24-week programme?
Workshops cover an advanced level of information regarding how our happy neurochemicals Dopamine, Serotonin, Oxytocin and Endorphin function and the impact they have on both physical and mental health. This is supported through practical gym sessions, personal training skills and other group sessions so participants can experience the positive impact exercise, planning and organisation has on managing and sustaining positive mental health.

Key Aims of the programme
The aim is to implement learnt life skills to a level that drastically improves an individual’s life. Through using the developed skills and knowledge to raise individual’s conscious awareness of their daily choices, behaviours, thought patterns to improve their lifestyles through productivity mind-hack techniques. Although these skills are taught in the context of health and fitness, students will learn how to transfer this to all other areas of their lives, such as their social setting, educational setting and home setting which will massively improve the quality of multiple areas of their lives.

To create a solid structure and routine for individual’s life by developing fundamental life skills and educating them on their consequential thinking process until it becomes automatic. This is developed further through learning about the science of habits and having the time frame to trial out different methods.

To adopt and automatically apply various coping mechanisms and self-management tools to sustain and improve positive mental health.

Urban wellbeing enrichment activates that help to develop the following skills – Media production skills, content creation experience, research and planning techniques for event organising.
