Our 12 -week programme offers medium term intervention with access to increased Dopeamin resources, enabling a higher achievement on all the outcomes covered within the programme.
What’s Included in our 12-week programme?
Workshops cover a more in depth level of information regarding how our happy neurochemicals Dopamine, Serotonin, Oxytocin and Endorphin function and the impact they have both physical and mental health. This is supported through practical gym sessions so participants can experience the positive impact exercise has on managing and sustaining positive mental health.

Key Aims of the programme
The aim is to develop life skills to improve an individual’s awareness of their daily choices, behaviours, thought patterns to help improve their lifestyle habits through productivity mind- hack techniques learnt within sessions. Although these skills are taught in the context of health and fitness, students will learn how to transfer this to other areas of their lives, such as their educational setting which subsequently improves outcomes in multiple areas of their lives.

To create a better structure and routine in an individual’s life by developing fundamental life skills and educating them on their consequential thinking process. This is developed further through learning about the science of habits.

Individuals will develop 1:to 1 training skills which help to improve communication, planning and social skills.
