Dopeamin is a platform that helps to build and maintain a positive mental health. Working by influencing behaviours by developing knowledge and enhancing various skill sets. In areas such as: fitness, nutrition, music and mood/mind hacks to achieve an overall healthy mindset.

The aim is to develop life skills that will improve an individual’s conscious awareness of daily choices, behaviours, thought patterns by utilising productivity mind-hack techniques that will improve their lifestyles drastically.

DOPAMINE CHEMICALLY

Dopamine is a feel-good reward chemical in the brain. Carrying the responsibility for allowing you to feel pleasure, satisfaction and boosts overall motivation to complete tasks. When you get that ‘feel-good’ sensation upon accomplishing a goal, that is due to the increased dopamine surge within the brain.

Natural dopamine plays a powerful role in learning by boosting productivity, attention and concentration levels.

Dopeamin is a current, relatable and non-academic concept delivering bespoke education to young people to win trust and elevate motivation. Teaching is based around the science behind chemical releases and the impact that these have on our mental health, habits and daily choices.
